Terms of Service.

These are the Clanry Terms of Service. Read them. If you use the Platform, you agree to them.

01What Clanry is

A creator monetization platform for AI work.

Clanry is a creator economy for AI artists, storytellers, and builders. We run the storefronts, discovery, and payment-link infrastructure. Creators sell digital products and subscriptions directly to buyers via crypto.

02Non-custodial payments

By using the Platform you acknowledge:

• Transactions are peer-to-peer between buyer and creator.
• Once confirmed on-chain, transactions are permanent and irreversible.
• Clanry is not a money transmitter, bank, custodian, or escrow agent.
• Third-party processors (NOWPayments, Coinbase Commerce) have their own terms you accept on top of ours.

03Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Clanry. We don't allow minors. Creators selling NSFW content must keep it within the law and age-gated behind verification.

04Creator obligations

You own your work. You're responsible for it.

You agree to:

• Own or have the right to license everything you sell.
• Provide and maintain a valid cryptocurrency wallet.
• Accurately describe your products and pricing.
• Deliver what you promised.
• Comply with the laws wherever you operate.
• Handle your own tax reporting.
• Secure your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. Clanry will never ask for your private keys.

You keep 100% of your intellectual property. By listing on Clanry you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to host and display your content — that license ends when you delete your account.

05Buyer obligations

You agree to:

• Confirm you're sending the right amount to the right address.
• Understand that crypto payments are final and irreversible.
• Pay blockchain network fees (gas) as part of the transaction.
• Use purchased content for personal, non-commercial use unless the creator says otherwise.
• Not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content without the creator's permission.

06Prohibited content

Removed on detection, potential account action:

• Content that violates law or third-party rights.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• Malware, ransomware, or fraudulent content.
• Content violating U.S. sanctions or export controls.
• Weapons, illegal substances, or human-trafficking content.

07Content tiers

Clanry supports SFW and NSFW content. NSFW creators agree to:

• Clearly label all NSFW content as such.
• Restrict access to verified adults (18+).
• Comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements where applicable.
• Keep content within the law in every jurisdiction where it's sold.

NSFW allowed is a feature, not a loophole. We don't close it next quarter.

08Fees

Current fee structures are published on the Platform.

• Founding 20 creators pay 3% forever — 0% platform, 3% processing. Locked for life.
• Post-Founding-20 creators pay the standard launch rate (currently 5% all-in).
• Blockchain network fees (gas) are outside our control.

We'll give reasonable notice before changing fees. Founding 20 rates are locked permanently and will not change.

09Intellectual property

Creators retain all rights in original content. Clanry gets a limited license to host and display content while your account is active.

Buyers get a personal-use license to content they buy unless the creator specifies otherwise. Ownership of the underlying IP does not transfer.

The Clanry name, logo, and Platform code are ours. Don't use them commercially without written consent.

10Liability limits

The Platform is provided “as is.” We're not responsible for:

• Crypto volatility, failed transactions, or wrong-address sends.
• Creator or buyer actions or omissions.
• Content quality or delivery disputes between parties.
• Third-party payment processors, their fees, or their outages.

Our maximum total liability to you is the greater of $100 USD or the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We exclude indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11Termination

You can leave anytime by emailing [email protected].

We can suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations.
• Prohibited content or conduct.
• Legal requirements or law enforcement requests.
• Prolonged inactivity.

Completed transactions stay completed after termination. Creators remain responsible for fulfilling any outstanding obligations to buyers.

12Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by United States federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. No class actions. Individual arbitration only.

Either party can seek injunctive relief in court to prevent IP infringement.
