Delivery policy.
Clanry is a 100% digital platform. We do not ship physical goods. All products and services delivered through Clanry are digital — content access, downloads, subscriptions, communities, custom requests, and creator services. This page exists to be explicit about how digital delivery works.
01What gets delivered
The Clanry catalog includes only digital deliverables:
- Subscriptions. Recurring access to a creator's content, community, or perk tier.
- One-time purchases. Downloads, drops, packs, single-piece access.
- Community access. Membership in public, private, or NSFW-gated spaces.
- Custom requests & commissions. Bespoke deliverables agreed between creator and buyer.
- Creator services. LoRA packs, ComfyUI workflows, fine-tune recipes, persona drops, and other AI-economy products.
Clanry does not list, sell, fulfill, or ship physical merchandise of any kind. No postal addresses are collected at checkout. Listings that imply physical shipment are not permitted on the platform.
02How delivery works
Delivery is automated and tied to payment confirmation. Once your payment settles, access is granted in one of three ways depending on the product type:
- Account-bound access. The purchase unlocks on your Clanry account. Sign in to view, stream, or download.
- Direct download links. Time-limited, signed URLs delivered to your account inbox and emailed to the address on file.
- Community invitation. An invite to the creator's gated space appears in your account and is emailed to you.
03Delivery times
Most digital deliveries are instant — under 60 seconds from the moment payment confirms. Specific timing depends on the rail used:
- USDC on-chain payments. Delivery as soon as the on-chain transaction reaches the required confirmation count for the network used. Typically 30 seconds to a few minutes depending on network congestion.
- Fiat-to-crypto rails. Delivery once the processor confirms the fiat-to-crypto leg has settled. Usually instant, occasionally up to 30 minutes for first-time buyers under additional verification.
- Card rails. Delivery on processor authorization. Typically instant. Some banks may delay card authorization briefly for fraud screening.
- Custom commissions. Delivery time is what the creator quotes on the order. The platform does not enforce a default — creator and buyer agree on the window in the order brief.
04If something does not arrive
If your purchase confirmation succeeded but the digital good did not appear in your account or inbox within the times above, follow these steps in order:
- Check your account's Purchases tab — most missing-delivery cases resolve here. Refresh if it's a brand-new order.
- Check the email address on file (including spam) for download links or community invites.
- Contact the creator directly via the Contact creator button on the order page.
- If the creator does not respond within 24 hours for instant-delivery items, escalate to [email protected] with the order ID. Platform support replies within 1 business day.
Where the platform confirms a delivery failure on our side, the order is either re-delivered or refunded per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
05Geographic availability
Clanry is available globally, subject to applicable sanctions, age restrictions, and local regulations on adult content. Some content tiers (e.g. NSFW-gated) may not be accessible from jurisdictions where local law restricts that content. Where access is blocked or restricted by local law, no charge is captured.
